MaybeMito
MayBeMito is an unbranded campaign that aims to supply healthcare providers with mitochondrial disease and genetic testing education and resources. The main priority for the site was first and foremost to create awareness for mitochondrial diseases and to convey the importance of genetic testing in order to give patients a clear path forward to effective treatment. The second, was to create an identity that felt both digestible, yet disruptive in the HCP space. We worked extensively on a horizontal scrolling website, which includes everything from an animated mitochondria falling from the ‘sky’, to a seamlessly connected pathway that runs along the entirety of the website, provoking the idea of discovery. We also leveraged a fresh and unexpected color palette that enhanced the curious and conversational nature of the logo, which begs the question–could it maybe be mito?
